A winter burial

A Winter Burial

Autumnal seizure with biting frost
Descends on earth cold holocaust
Cold as death sweet as absinthe
Banished theodic doctrines
No more pain no thaumaturgy
After death can there be misery
Testamental blurred but dark vision
No more life just abortion
Osculated with silent death
Into hexagonal coffins so put to rest
Scorched earth dug out and put in
Walpurgian spells are sauntered in
Phlebotomy I did love thee
Till I could do nothing but bleed
Articulating with disjoint death
But disconnected with life on earth
Six feet under with grave worms
Rotting their way to transform
A brazen corpse to putrefied shit
For no use rendered unfit
As the cold air wraps around
Eating flesh but no sound
Of life or lust or light of dawn
Into another being will I spawn?
So buried in this winter grave
Not in a cemetery but astray
In forests which whispers my name
Rotting in this lonely grave!
